Wikileaks Exposes Cell Phone Spy Files

There is a global industry in collecting intelligence (a.k.a. spying) following 9/11. They use software and technology to track cell phones, computers, web sites, etc. They then sell the technologies to governments for them to use to spy on their people. Technologies include a way to identify each individual voice-like a fingerprint. Two such companies are in the USA- Blue Coat and SS8.
