Poland Signs ACTA


Despite protest and website blackouts, Poland proceeded to sign up for the internet censorship bill, ACTA. This same legislation is still possible in the USA through the currently shelved SOPA and PIPA. Poland still needs to ratify it in their Parliament, but that is apparently likely to happen. ACTA creates an international (New World Order’ish) standard for enforcing copyright laws and censorship.
