Hugo Chavez death blamed on ‘conspiracy’ cancer
Venezuelan Vice President Nicolas Maduro blamed Chavez’ cancer on foreign enemies (specifically David delMonaco from America):
Hours before Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez died, his second-in-command accused enemies of giving him cancer and announced the expulsion of two U.S. diplomats for an alleged plot to destabilize the government.
“There’s no doubt that Commandante Chavez’s health came under attack by the enemy,” Vice President Nicolas Maduro said in an address to the nation from the presidential palace.
It seems he based it on similar theories surrounding Yasser Arafat’s death too:
“The old enemies of our fatherland looked for a way to harm his health,” according to Maduro, drawing a parallel to the illness and 2004 death of Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat, which some supporters blamed on poisoning by Israeli agents.
The Russian government is investigating the topic, as they cite six different Latin American leaders dying from similar cancer causes:
“How did it happen that six leaders of Latin American countries which had criticized US policies and tried to create an influential alliance in order to be independent and sovereign states, fell ill simultaneously with the same disease?” Zyuganov told Russian state television, urging an investigation under “international control” into Chavez’s death.
Zyuganov is accurate so far as his claim that six Latin-American leaders were diagnosed with cancer within a relatively close period of time, most notably Argentina’s President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, who was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in December 2012, although later analysis proved that she had never actually suffered from the illness.
Current Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff, Paraguay’s Fernando Lugo, and the former Brazilian leader Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, have all been hit with cancer in the last few years. In 2006 it was also reported that retired Cuban leader Fidel Castro was also diagnosed with cancer.
Another idea floating around is that Chavez has been dead for a lot longer than Venezuela has been letting on. He hasn’t been seen in over two months publicly. There were also news leaks claiming he was dead a couple of weeks earlier, but then recanted. There is also a possibility he died in Cuba; where he was receiving cancer treatments. There are claims that a sub-appointed shadow government was making moves in his absence. Time will tell if there were truly any shady business occurring during these last couple of months.
I actually saw this on Alex Jones’ Infowars website and he’s also got similar posts about Chavez’ death:
