***UPDATE June 12th, 2020: After viewing Dave Chappelle’s 8:46 special, it reminded me of the case of Christopher Dorner. I vaguely recalled speaking on this back in 2013 and after searching through my archives I found the original post (dated Feb. 12, 2013). What reads below is a deeper dive into questioning the official story of the death of Chris Dorner. Dave Chappelle asserts that he was a policeman trying to stand up to the LAPD and that is not only reinforced below, but actually appears much worse. This analysis is somewhat prophetic in that it reveals a clear cover-up and attempt to suppress the hunting down of cop killer Chris Dorner. I don’t point that out to pretend to be some enlightened individual; but rather to point out that police overreach was documented by myself many years ago with concerns about a brewing police state- and I have no personal experience with such abuse. It was just something I observed and made a commentary on.
Original post from Feb. 12, 2013 (*note that my blogging skills were still being refined back then):
There’s a slew of conspiracy theories on Christopher Dorner brewing in the dregs of the internet. Some say he’s an insider for a National Rifle Association plot, or he’s part of an Obama plot to take the guns, and now a video by David Pakman on Youtube where his online show discusses the possible motives for all of this. One fact about the case that is a bit odd, is that Dorner was fired back in 2008 and he waited almost five years to retaliate? He has a manifesto posted with his “motives,” (or so the official story goes; maybe even this is fabricated). He was fired from the LAPD for filing a report concerning the conduct of another police officer (who since was promoted) for excessive force. The LAPD claim this is not the reason he was fired, obviously.
Dorner’s manifesto said that this firing (coupled with LAPD’s racism) is the reason for his actions, and weirdly enough on February 9th the LAPD announced they would reopen the proceedings for what led to Dorner’s termination. I guess there isn’t an official story as to why they fired him yet??…
David Pakman says that the police shot at a vehicle from the rear, not even knowing if Dorner was inside; all because the LAPD need to silence him ASAP. No theory on why they need to silence him, but it is obvious there is a reason for doing so, hence the $1M reward. The reason could simply be to protect the public and LAPD from a killer, or not. If you look at the FBI’s Top Ten Most Wanted, they are only getting up to $100K for their rewards (except for No. 1; he’s a $1M also), and one of them is a murderer also.
Dorner’s manifesto seems to make the claim that the LAPD is overtly racist and has several problems that need addressed. This is part of the reason why Dorner went on a rampage. The manifesto goes on for a bit about some other stuff, it’s all kind of convoluted at this point. Here’s a sample and link of the manifesto:
During the BOR, the department attempted to label me unsuccessfully as a bully. They stated that I had bullied a recruit, XXXX, in the academy when in reality and unfounded disposition from the official 1.28 formal complaint investigation found that I was the one who stood up for XXXX when other recruits sang nazi hitler youth songs about burning Jewish ghettos in WWII Germany where his father was a survivor of a concentration camp. How fucking dare you attempt to label me with such a nasty vile word. I ask that all earnest journalist investigating this story ask Ofcr. XXXX about the incident when Ofcr. XXXX began singing a nazi youth song about burning jewish ghettos.
I ask that all journalist investigating this story submit request for FOIA with the LAPD to gain access to the BOR transcripts which occurred from 10/08 to 2/09. There, you will see that a video was played for the BOR members of Mr. XXXX who suffers from Schizophrenia and Dementia stating that he was kicked by a female officer. That video evidence supports my claim that XXXX kicked him twice in the upper body and once in the face. I would like all journalist to also request copies of all reports that I had written while employed by LAPD. Whether in the academy, or during my 3 years as a police officer. There are DR#’s attached to each report (investigative report) that I have ever written so they all exist. A FOIA request will most likely be needed to access these at Parker center or at the Personnel/Records. Judge my writin/grammar skills for yourself. The department attempted to paint me as an officer who could not write reports. Even though Sgt. XXXX a training officer who trained me stated for the BOR panel that there was nothing wrong with my report writing and that I was better than all rookie/probationer officers he has ever trained. Officer XXXX stated the same but refused to testify as he did not want to “get involved” with the BOR’s. Contact Sgt. XXXX ,(now a Captain at Lompoc PD), Sgt. XXXX, and Sgt. XXXX. All will state that my report writing was impeccable. I will tell you this, I always type my reports because I have messy handwriting/penmanship. I never had a single kickback/redlined report at Southwest division and Sgt. XXXX and Sgt. XXXX can testify to that. I never received an UNSATISFACTORY on any day or week. The same can be said within the U.S. Naval Reserves. All commanders will state that my report writing was always clear, concise, and impeccable. Even search my AAR (after action reports),chits, Memorandum’s, IIR’s (Intelligence Information Reports) which were written in the Navy. All were pristine.
One thing that is a bit disturbing is the LAPD’s rush to shoot first and ask questions later, now with TWO cases of opening fire with mistaken identity, from https://articles.latimes.com/2013/feb/09/local/la-me-torrance-shooting-20130210:
His pickup, police later explained, matched the description of the one belonging to Christopher Jordan Dorner — the ex-cop who has evaded authorities after allegedly killing three and wounding two more. But the pickups were different makes and colors. And Perdue looks nothing like Dorner: He’s several inches shorter and about a hundred pounds lighter. And Perdue is white; Dorner is black.
“I don’t want to use the word buffoonery but it really is unbridled police lawlessness,” said Robert Sheahen, Perdue’s attorney. “These people need training and they need restraint.”
Here’s a link to an Alex Jones post on the case: https://www.prisonplanet.com/lapd-literally-trying-to-execute-christopher-dorner-while-endangering-la-citizens-with-frenzied-shoot-to-kill-gunfire.html
And here’s that video from David Pakman:
UPDATE: So now that the cabin Dorner was holed up in is burning down (see Waco, TX), there are more details surfacing regarding LAPD’s behavior in this potential final showdown. The LAPD requested a media and Twitter blackout, with no explanation what so ever. Double mysteriously; they deleted the Tweet afterwards:
AS the LAPD surrounded the burning cabin containing former US Marine Reserve and alleged cop killer Christopher Dorner, police called for a worldwide Twitter blackout.
Conspiracy theories are mounting that the police in the San Bernardino County created their own version of events, trying at all costs to block journalists’ from accessing the scene to confirm how the events unfolded.
The LAPD issued a request to media outlets earlier this morning to “please stop tweeting” about the unfolding events.
Many major news outlets complied with the police’s unusual request, suspecting Dorner was following the coverage and watching the police operation.
However the LAPD did not respond to requests to explain. It has, however, deleted the Tweet.
The LAPD also turned off its police scanners to prevent journalists or other interested parties from listening in, The New York Times reported. The scanner is back online, as of the time of publishing.
Earlier today the US Marshal’s Service district chief Kurt Ellingson told CNN that “a suspect” tried to get out of the back door of the cabin, but he was pushed back inside. Twitter users jumped to many conclusions including allegations that police left Dorner to burn alive inside the cabin.
“Cops started the fire and now lying about it,” tweeted user @Anon4Justice. “Heard them on scanner one hour ago ‘Going forward with the burn’. #dorner”.
Hacking group Anonymous might get some investigating done on this case, here’s what they tweeted:
Hacking group Anonymous also weighed in, calling the police’s requests for silence “shady”.
What I find odd is that CNN was reporting on the case for several hours and kept repeating how they couldn’t go into the house yet because of the fire (which had been put out at that point anyways). That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard of; why wouldn’t they just be outright and honest about what was going on? Why the media blackout? And also, not to start wild theories (well, wild-er), but maybe this was one of the Illuminati sacrifices that needed to go down? Sort of like how they kept Princess Diana in the Pont D’Alma tunnel until she died.
And another point to bring up- it seemed as if there were only one or two news reporters on scene; why is that? This is one of the highest trending news stories at the moment, and it’s as if there were no reporter embedded with the LAPD or following around in the local area. Shouldn’t there typically be a frenzy of camera crews and reporters covering every angle? This is most definitely a setup of sorts. We are led to believe that the ONLY video recorded of the entire shootout was some lousy cell phone footage.
Another video that is telling of the true feelings of the LAPD, is this interview with one of the police after the shootout where the man says “What I’m thankful for is that we don’t have to sit through 25 years of appeals on death row.” Uhhhhhh… aren’t the cops supposed to be supportive of the legal and judicial system? It’s odd they are so forthright about it. It’s even more strange that nobody is mentioning how inappropriate that comment was. Here’s the only place online I could find that interview, you’ll have to go to about the 1:30 mark to see what I’m talking about: https://www.kutv.com/news/top-stories/stories/vid_3819.shtml
Here’s video of police scanner audio from the LAPD, captured and put on Youtube by Alex Jones’ Prison Planet. They talk about burning the cabin. I have no way of verifying it, but I’m just gonna post it up:
