I’ve been researching my entire life as an ongoing mission to determine if this reality is the truth or a cunning holographic deception. I don’t fully subscribe to any conspiracy theories, but I do find some intriguing if they resonate with any logic (also if they don’t, who am I kidding, some of them are just clever). I live in America and feel that a lot of people are more concerned with being entertained than being informed or educated. Our media reflects that. I do listen to music, mostly rap and some metal, although I feel as if it is almost manipulative. I focus on the Illuminati, transhumanism, religion, aliens, cults, horror, music, various conspiracy theorists (mostly David Icke) and the occult. Today, Leslie Davis, environmental and financial activist, and founder and president of the Earth Protectors (www.EarthProtector.org) filed a complaint and 19 Exhibits with the Minnesota Attorney General alleging that James George Janos, a.k.a. Jesse Ventura (Ventura) committed fraud against the people of Minnesota by lying about being a United States Navy SEAL so they would vote for him as Governor in 1998.
Davis wants Attorney General Swanson to prosecute Ventura and get back the money he was paid for salary and expenses while fraudulently serving as Governor.
In addition, Davis wants the media to know that Ventura is not a friend of the Occupy groups. On December 20, 1998, as Governor-elect he support the raid, arrest, and torture of innocent people trying to protect seven house from demolition for a road and rail that he supported. Ventura supports torture when it suits him and complains when other do it.

Dear Attorney General Swanson:
We hereby request that you prosecute James George Janos, a.k.a. Jesse Ventura (Ventura) for committing fraud by lying about being a United States Navy SEAL in order to deceive the public and win the Governorship of Minnesota with less than 57,000 votes out of more than two million.
Ventura should be required to return all the money he was paid by the State of Minnesota for salary and expenses while fraudulently serving as Governor.
Fraud definition from Dictionary.com
1. Deceit, trickery, breach of confidence, perpetrated for profit
or to gain some unfair or dishonest advantage.
2. A particular instance of such deceit or trickery: election fraud.
3. Any deception, trickery, or humbug.
4. A person who makes deceitful pretenses; sham; poseur.
The statute of limitations does not apply in this case because Ventura’s fraudulent claims of being a Navy SEAL have been continuous since at least 1998. In a recent comment on his Facebook page Ventura refers to SEAL sniper Chris Kyle as “a fellow Navy SEAL”.
Ventura was not a SEAL so Mr. Kyle could not have been “a fellow Navy SEAL.”

Ventura stole the valor and reputation of the SEALS and made it the centerpiece of his 1998 campaign in order to enhance his image so people would vote for him (Exhibit 7). He talked about his SEAL experience before, during and after his term in office and he still claims to have been a Navy SEAL. As Governor his Communications Director John Wodele said he was not a SEAL (Exhibit 13).

People had an embedded image of Ventura as a Navy SEAL and they took for granted that he was a trained, obedient, disciplined, dedicated Navy SEAL who served in Vietnam and he would serve well as an uncorrupted Governor.
The fact of the matter is that Ventura was never a Navy SEAL, never served in Vietnam, and is alleged to have served time in the Navy brig (jail) for misbehaving.
Retired Navy SEAL Commander Bill Salisbury challenged Ventura’s SEAL credentials in a San Diego Reader article.

In the book “Always Cheat”, Navy SEAL Commander Salisbury said,
“To earn the right to call himself a “SEAL” a man had to serve in a SEAL rather than [in] an Underwater Demolition Team for at least six months and be recommended for the SEAL classification 5326 by his commanding officer. Such classification would appear on the man’s DD214 discharge certificate. The 5326 designation does not appear on Ventura’s DD214 only the 5321/22 designation for Underwater Demolition. Ventura was not even ‘technically’ a SEAL, even though he served a very short time with a reserve UDT/SEAL unit. He was never awarded the 5326 classification.”

For many years, reporter Brian Bakst and the Associated Press, aided Ventura’s fraud by reporting lies to their paid subscribers and to the public. A significant lie was reported on November 4, 2011, when reporting on Ventura’s dismissed lawsuit against the TSA. The Associated Press said, “The former navy SEAL said he had lost his patriotism.” Bakst and the Associated Press knew Ventura was not a SEAL and they deliberately lied about it for this article.

Earth Protector is a joint complainant in this matter. Earth Protector was formed in 1983 to protect the environment and the economy. Ventura, by his lies, gained office and violated and denigrated the environment when he:
1. Killed caged birds at a game farm in Hugo, Minnesota, with Charlie Weaver and Maria Shriver.
2. Appointed Karen Studders, a gas company executive, and pollution rubber stamper, as Commissioner of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
3. Discontinued the auto emission testing program thereby increasing air pollution in the Twin Cities.
4. As Governor-elect, Ventura supported the raid, torture, and arrest, of peaceful protesters at the Highway 55 Occupation on December 20, 1998.

If the government could recover the compensation of every elected official who lied, they could pay off the national debt. Personally, whether an Underwater Demolition Team member can claim to be a SEAL is of little consequence to me. I read a newspaper article from 1996 from someone who claimed that sandy hook elementary was possibly built on top of a graveyard that has his ancestor Peter Stover buried there. Peter Stover was the founder of Stratsburg county land I think. I just think it is weird how the trade center, the football stadium in New Orleans and the school were all built on graveyards and 2 of the 3 has some type of questionable incidents happen on them.
